I haven’t really shopped much at Express since college, but I noticed in the latest Oprah magazine (that I got for free!) a feature called “8 Affordable, Stylish Outfits From Unexpected Places” and one of the highlighted stores was Express, featuring the Tube Dress – textured plaid, which the O mag sophisticatedly called a strapless black and white bouclé dress. Paired with a cardi it’s even work appropriate and at $88 – $30 coupon = $58 is not bad!
